These include harassment, criminal trespass, stalking, interference with emergency communications, false information or reports, extortion, and coercion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"harassment\">Harassment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Alaska, it\u2019s considered harassment in the second degree (<a href=\"https:\/\/casetext.com\/statute\/alaska-statutes\/title-11-criminal-law\/chapter-1161-offenses-against-public-order\/article-01-riot-disorderly-conduct-and-related-offenses\/section-1161120-harassment-in-the-second-degree\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alaska Stat. \u00a7 11.61.120<\/a>) if someone deliberately taunts or insults you in a provocative manner, calls you at odd hours or refuses to hang up, subjects you to offensive physical contact, or distributes sexually offensive media of you or to you.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"887\" src=\"https:\/\/joindeleteme.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/media-61-1024x887.png\" alt=\"Alaska harassment law -
