Call it and ask to be taken off the mailing list.

In most cases, you can also contact super PACs via email and request that they remove you from their mailing list. Contact information can typically be found in a super PAC’s privacy policy.

However, as of this writing, the privacy policy of Fight Right does not seem to be accessible.

What to Do If You Keep Receiving Fight Right Mail

If you continue to receive physical mail from the Fight Right campaign even after contacting them, you can write “Refused: Return to sender” on the front of any unopened mail with a return address and put it back in the mail.

Another option that can stop the tide of political junk mail is to vote early. By doing so, you’ll be registered in your county voter list, which will have the effect of removing you from the contact mailing list of the Fight Right campaign (along with any other political campaigns that are contacting you). Political campaigns don’t want to spend money convincing people who’ve already cast their ballot.

However, the amount of time it takes for a county to update its voter list varies, so be aware that there may be a delay between when you vote and when you stop receiving Fight Right mail.

How to Unsubscribe from the Fight Right Email List

To unsubscribe from Fight Right emails, all you need to do is open one of their emails and click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the top of the email beside the sender’s name or at the bottom of the email.

If that doesn’t work and you’re still receiving Fight Right emails, you can move them directly into your junk folder upon receipt, block the sending email address, or create a filter that sorts the emails directly into your trash folder.

How to Stay Off the Fight Right (And Other Super PACs) Mailing List for Good

If you want to stay off political campaigns’ mailing lists for good – as well as telemarketers, phone scammers, and identity thieves – your best option is to opt out of data brokers.

Data brokers are companies (such as Spokeo, Intelius, and WhitePages) that collect public information and compile it into individuals’ profiles. Those profiles are then sold to any potential third party willing to pay a small fee, including political entities.

The good news is that you can opt out of data brokers to stop your data from being sold. The bad news is that you will need to opt out of every single data broker that has a profile on you. On top of that, you will likely need to opt-out again – and again – as data brokers routinely reactive profiles when they uncover more of your data online.

As an alternative, you can subscribe to a data broker removal company such as DeleteMe to handle the process of opting out of data brokers for you. Not only will this help ensure the cessation of political mail and other types of junk mail, but you’ll also be improving your overall online privacy.

If you’ve been receiving junk mail from Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s presidential campaign, you’ve come to the right place to find out the steps involved in the Fight Right Mailing List removal. The list comes from the Fight Right super political action committee (PAC), but since DeSantis has withdrawn from the election, you shouldn’t receive […]

[23,26

post-9870","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-data-privacy","category-privacy-tips
["GET
