It&#8217;s a Class G felony punishable by up to two years in jail and a fine of between $500-$2,000 unless the victim is a minor (and the perpetrator isn&#8217;t), a senior, has a restraining order, is threatened with death or serious injury, or is injured, in which case it&#8217;s a Class F penalty (entailing up to three years in prison and\/or $500-$3,000 in fines).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In situations where a deadly weapon is involved or the victim suffers a serious injury, it&#8217;s a Class C felony penalized by up to 15 years in prison and\/or a fine of between $5,000-20,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"criminal-mischief\">Criminal mischief<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If someone intentionally endangers your property (such as your house or car) by doxxing you, it could be considered criminal mischief (<a href=\"https:\/\/delcode.delaware.gov\/title11\/c005\/sc03\/index.html#811\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">11 DE Code \u00a7 811<\/a>) in Delaware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"148\" src=\"https:\/\/joindeleteme.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/media-32-1024x148.png\" alt=\"Delaware criminal mischief law -
