It is not responsible for problems caused by merchants or drivers (except for DashMart orders in the US and Canada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also notes that time estimates (e.g., \u201cDelivery in 25 minutes\u201d) are just rough estimates and not promises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, your experience with DoorDash is likely to depend on the restaurant or store you\u2019re ordering food from and the driver.
