complaints.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/Vivid_Seats\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">someone complained<\/a> about their that your transaction on the platform is secure, that tickets will be delivered before the event, and that they will be valid.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img At the time of writing, the BBB website says that Vivid Seats has received <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbb.org\/us\/il\/chicago\/profile\/event-ticket-sales\/vivid-seats-llc-0654-36000326\/complaints\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">just over 2,000 complaints<\/a> in the last three years.
